1.1 The Customer’s order will be dispatched once full payment, including delivery fees, has been received.
1.2 The delivery time indicated before finalizing the order and on the order summary begins from the moment your order is handed over to the Stuart courier.
1.3 Les frais de livraison dépendent du mode de livraison choisi (vélo ou voiture) et de la distance à parcourir du restaurant à l’adresse de livraison indiquée lors de la commande. Ceux-ci sont indiqués au Client au moment de passer sa commande.
Delivery charges depend on the chosen delivery method (bicycle or car) and the distance between the restaurant and the delivery address provided by the Customer. These charges are displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery times depend on the availability of Stuart couriers and their chosen mode of transportation (bicycle or car).

If the maximum delivery time of 90 minutes from receipt of payment is exceeded, except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may cancel the order by calling Giuse at +33 1 44 07 38 23 and request a refund.

Giuse undertakes to refund any amounts paid by the Customer within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation request, by credit card, bank transfer, or cheque.

The Customer may also immediately cancel the order if Giuse fails to deliver the products within the agreed timeframe and such timeframe constitutes an essential condition of the contract.

Delivery via Stuart
Unless the Customer chooses the Pickup option, delivery will be carried out by Stuart to the address provided during the ordering process.

Average delivery times range between 40 and 60 minutes.

Giuse cannot be held liable for delivery delays beyond its control.

At present, deliveries are available only in Paris, Neuilly-sur-Seine, and Levallois-Perret.

The Customer must verify the conformity and condition of the products upon delivery. Any issue must be reported to Customer Service within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Pickup Orders
Customers may choose to collect their order directly from:

during the restaurant’s opening hours:

* Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
* Dinner: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

The Customer will be notified by telephone or email when the order is ready. Please note that a minimum preparation time of 20 minutes is required between payment confirmation and collection.

Customers must verify the conformity and condition of their order upon collection. Collection of the order confirms acceptance of the products as complete and undamaged.

If the Customer does not collect the order within the indicated timeframe, Giuse will keep the order until the restaurant closes on the same day.

After this time, perishable products will no longer be available for collection.

1.4 Ownership and risk transfer to the Customer upon delivery or collection of the order. The Customer then becomes responsible for any damage caused by or sustained by the products.
1.5 Any event qualifying as force majeure under applicable law and case law, preventing or making performance excessively difficult, shall constitute grounds for suspension or termination of Giuse’s obligations.

As such events are beyond Giuse’s control, the Customer shall not be entitled to compensation. Giuse will inform the Customer by any appropriate means and offer the possibility to cancel the order and receive a refund.
